You've built something real. Your user base is growing, your architecture is getting more complex, and your authentication needs have officially outgrown your current plan. The features you need to scale are sitting one tier above you: higher rate limits, SLA guarantees, enterprise-grade capacity.
But to get there, you've been told you need to talk to someone first.
That changes today.
What Is Enterprise via Self-Service?
Auth0 is extending the same Self-Service experience developers know from our B2C and B2B plans into the Enterprise tier. That means you can now purchase, manage, and auto-renew an Enterprise plan entirely on your own. No sales calls, no waiting on a rep, no manual workarounds - your new features will be unlocked right after you upgrade.
We are launching two new plans designed for where you actually are:
- B2C Enterprise: Designed for consumer facing apps and services where MAU counts are higher and user login is more streamlined, on a one-year agreement
- B2B Enterprise: Designed for B2B use cases where MAU counts are lower, but security needs and methods of authentication vary, on a one-year agreement
Whether you are building a consumer app with millions of users or a B2B platform managing organizational access, there is now a Self-Service path to Enterprise.
What This Means for You
1. Move at your speed
The moment you decide you need Enterprise, you can have it. Log into your dashboard, navigate to your subscription settings, and upgrade. No waiting, no delays, no interruption to your build.
2. No more trade-offs on capacity
Enterprise gives you the capacity to match your ambition:
- No limits on the number of tenants, so you can manage as many environments and applications as your architecture requires
- Higher rate limits, so your auth layer will not become a bottleneck at scale
- 99.99% Uptime SLA, the reliability guarantee your business needs
- Higher limits across Actions, Forms, Token Vault, Event Streaming, and more. The full platform, with room to grow.
For teams operating at scale, these are not incremental improvements. They are the difference between auth being an enabler and auth being a ceiling.
3. The right plan for your use case
Here is a simple way to think about which plan fits you:
| B2C Enterprise | B2B Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|
| Use Case | Consumer-facing apps and services | B2B products and platforms |
| MAU Profile | Higher MAU counts | Lower MAU counts |
| Authentication | Streamlined user login at scale | Varied security needs and authentication methods |
| Commitment | One-year agreement | One-year agreement |
| Uptime SLA | 99.99% | 99.99% |
If you are scaling a consumer product where millions of users need a fast, seamless login experience, B2C Enterprise is built for you. If you are running a B2B platform where your customers have complex security requirements and need flexible authentication options, B2B Enterprise is your fit.
Who Can Access This Now?
Self-service Enterprise plans are available immediately for customers currently on a Professional plan. If you are on a different tier, these plans will be available to all subscribers later this year.
What Is Coming Next
This launch is the beginning of a broader investment in Self-Service flexibility. We are actively working on additional add-ons that will give you even more control within your plan. M2M Token add-ons and Enterprise Connections are coming soon, so you can purchase exactly what you need, when you need it, without upgrading your entire plan.
Our goal is straightforward: give every Self-Service customer the same power and flexibility that has historically required a sales conversation. You should be able to manage your entire Auth0 stack on your own timeline, without friction.
